Legal documents — the veax brand
This document brings together the terms that apply across the whole veax brand and its products: the profile platform veax.lol, the showcase site veax.tr and the veax browser (veaxbrowser.com). It is the common framework; each product may also have its own specific terms. Every veax product is free to use; veax.lol additionally offers optional paid features (the veax+ subscription and coins), which are never required to enjoy it.

The services of the veax brand — including veax.lol, veax.tr and the veax browser — are published under the name “veax”, operated from Istanbul, Türkiye.
The publisher's full identifying details will be published when an operating structure is set up, prior to any commercial activity, and may be provided on legitimate request.

The “veax” name, the logo and all elements of the sites (design, texts, visuals, code) are protected by intellectual-property law. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited. Terms specific to the browser software (third-party licences) are set out in Document 05.
The veax brand covers several distinct products. This document is their common framework; each product may have its own specific terms, which prevail for that product.
A public-profile platform (veax.lol/username): everyone creates and customizes their page — links, appearance, game-rank connections, coins. Viewing profiles is open to all; creating your own profile requires an account.
A showcase site presenting veax and its projects. A multilingual static site, free to browse. No visitor account, no forms: contact is by email (contact@veax.tr).
A free web browser, distributed from veaxbrowser.com, based on the open-source ungoogled-chromium project and available on Windows. Its specific terms are set out in Document 05.
veax products are free to use. veax.lol additionally offers optional paid options: the veax+ subscription (paid from January 2027) and coins. They are never required; their terms are set out in Document 06.
These terms govern access to and use of the services of the veax brand. By using them, you fully accept them.
These terms govern access to and use of the veax services, in particular veax.lol, veax.tr and the veax browser (“the Services”).
Accessing and using the Services constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Services.
The Services are free to access. On veax.lol, viewing public profiles is open to all; creating your own profile and accessing your space require an account, created by email or via Discord. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account, and you warrant that the information you provide is accurate.
The Services are intended for people aged 13 or over. Depending on the digital-consent age applicable in their country, minors must have obtained their legal guardian's consent for the processing of their data.
On veax.lol, you remain responsible for the content you publish (username, bio, links, avatar, etc.). You must not publish any unlawful, hateful, misleading content, or content infringing third-party rights. veax reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these terms or the law.
veax.lol lets you connect third-party accounts (Steam, Riot, Battle.net, etc.) to display a game rank. These connections use the official mechanisms of the publishers concerned. veax is not affiliated with any of these publishers and accesses only the data strictly necessary to display the rank.
Across all Services, you must not engage in any unlawful use, any form of harassment, hateful content, fraud, distribution of malware, or any infringement of third-party rights or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Services.
The veax browser is provided “as is”. It has no automatic update: it is your responsibility to install later versions to receive security fixes. Installing extensions and browsing are at your own risk. Detailed terms are set out in Document 05.
The Services, the veax brand and its own content remain the exclusive property of veax. You keep your rights over your own content and grant veax a non-exclusive licence, limited to displaying it within the Services.
The Services are provided “as is”. veax strives to ensure their availability and security, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruption or error. veax cannot be held liable for indirect damage or for any misuse of the Services or of the third-party content they give access to.
veax may suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a breach of these terms, without notice in the event of a serious breach or unlawful activity.
veax may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the Services are used.
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's place of establishment. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers and to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How the veax brand handles personal data, product by product, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data controller is the publisher of veax (see Legal notice), reachable at contact@veax.lol. Their full identity may be provided on legitimate request, in particular when exercising your rights or upon a request from the competent authority.
veax.tr collects no personal data: no analytics tool, no tracking cookie, no form. An administration area reserved for the operator exists (protected access) and does not concern visitors.
The site uses local storage on your device (chosen language and translation cache, necessary for the service; two convenience keys). These values never leave your browser. Contact is by email (contact@veax.tr), routed through a forwarding service (ImprovMX).
The veax browser has no telemetry, requires no account and performs no synchronization: your history, bookmarks and browsing data stay 100% on your machine and are never sent to veax. The extensions you install and the sites you visit are governed by their own privacy policies.

Some providers (Vercel, Stripe, Discord) are established in the United States. The corresponding transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU–US data protection framework).
veax.lol account data is kept as long as the account is active, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time after the account is deleted. Any accounting data is kept for the legally required periods.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise them at contact@veax.lol, and lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
veax.lol uses a strictly necessary cookie for operation (login session). veax.tr and the browser set no analytics cookies. No third-party advertising cookie is used.
Passwords are stored hashed, data access is restricted on the server side, and all exchanges with the sites are encrypted (HTTPS).
Specific terms applicable to the veax browser software, distributed free of charge from veaxbrowser.com.
The veax browser is based on the open-source ungoogled-chromium project (version 151) and available on Windows. It is provided “as is”, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
The browser is used without a veax account. It has no telemetry and performs no synchronization: your browsing stays local (see Document 04, Art. 4).
The browser has no automatic update. Security fixes are not applied automatically: it is your responsibility to install later versions to stay protected. veax cannot be held liable for vulnerabilities resulting from the use of an out-of-date version.
Extensions are installed via the Chrome Web Store, at your own risk. veax is not affiliated with Google, with extension developers, or with the sites you visit, and is not responsible for their content or practices.
The browser is based on Chromium / ungoogled-chromium, distributed under the BSD-3-Clause licence and associated third-party licences. The corresponding licence notices are accessible within the product (chrome://credits). The “veax” name and its own elements remain the property of veax.
The browser is free and contains no in-app purchase. Its use is at your own risk; veax is not responsible for damage related to its use or to the third-party content it gives access to.
These terms apply to veax's paid offers: the veax+ subscription (paid from January 2027) and coins, purchasable on veax.lol. Using veax products remains free; these offers are optional.
These terms govern the sale of veax's paid offers: the veax+ subscription and the coins (virtual currency).
The paid offers are provided by the publisher of veax. The seller's full identity (name, legal status and registration number) will be published when the operating structure is set up, prior to any sale. Contact: contact@veax.lol.
Prices will be shown in euros, including any applicable taxes, and displayed before any order. Payments will be securely processed by Stripe; the order is confirmed once payment is effectively confirmed.
As the products are digital, they are supplied immediately after payment is confirmed. In accordance with the applicable distance-selling rules, you have a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period; however, for digital content supplied immediately, you expressly agree to immediate performance and waive that right from the start of supply.
The veax+ subscription renews automatically, can be cancelled from your account before renewal, with no refund for periods already started. Coins purchased, credited immediately, are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money. Any complaint can be sent to contact@veax.lol; if a dispute is not resolved, you may use an amicable dispute-resolution method.
